Player data (username, in-game progress) is retained for as long as the server is active. Purchase records are retained as required for billing purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us on Discord. Any tebex related information cannot be deleted by us.

Store Purchases
All purchases are for in-game cosmetic or convenience items and are subject to availability. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in a permanent ban.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your Minecraft account. Any violations committed on your account are your responsibility, regardless of who was playing. Do not share account access with others.
Prohibited Behavior
Hacking, cheating, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage
Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other players
Advertising other servers or services
Attempting to disrupt or crash the server
Any other rules listed in the rules menu on discord or this page
Any behavior violating Mojang's Terms of Service
Punishment & Bans
Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans at staff discretion. Ban appeals can be submitted through our Discord. We reserve the right to ban any player without notice for severe violations.
